I read two names Rania (Meaning: Queen) and Ranya (Meaning: Conquerer) on different websites as Islamic names. How can we write them in Arabic so that they are pronounced correctly and not mixed up. JazakAllah!

Answer

The meaning of "conqueror" is the Arabic meaning. The "queen" meaning is the Hindi meaning. It doesn't matter how you spell either of these names since they aren't English names. For the Arabic version and how to write it in Arabic and pronounce it please see: Ranya
