Edeel is variant of Adeel and has the exact same meaning and pronunciation (see below for full meaning). You can use either Edeel or Adeel, both are correct and acceptable. If you like this variant more and you'd like to pronounce it the way it is spelled (different than the original name), this is perfectly acceptable. Full Meaning of Edeel

Edeel is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “one who acts with justice and fairness”, “moderate”, “virtuous”, “excellent in character”. It  is derived from the AIN-D-L root which is used in many places in the Quran.

And among the people of Moses is a community which guides by truth and by it establishes justice. (Quran 7:159)
